Summertime Splashing – Wordless Wednesday

6 Jul

My oldest daughter is three now and I think she is forming the memories that will stay with her forever. I remember running through a sprinkler as a child. Hot sun, cool water drops, gentle breeze and freedom. I hope this memory stays with her.

Summer Child

I’d give all wealth that years have piled,
The slow result of Life’s decay,
To be once more a little child
For one bright summer day.

Beautiful! The love the joys of listening and watching our 3 year old run through the sprinkler. Amazing memories. Thanks for linking up!
